The public transport in Prague is very efficient and has metro, tram and bus lines. The metro only has three lines but they arrive at the main points of interest and the tram is one of the most popular means of transport.

The City Hall is located here and in its tower stands out the Astronomical Clock, the most famous medieval clock in the world. The most famous monument of Prague is Charles Bridge, which connects Stare Mesto with Mala Strana. It's home to wonderful historic buildings. In the square of Mala Strana, you have to visit the Church of St. Nicholas. From the top, you'll enjoy the stunning views.
Prague's Castle is the largest medieval fortress in the world. Inside, you'll find the Cathedral of Saint Vitus. Inside the castle, there's the Golden Lane which is a short, narrow street named after the goldsmiths who lived here long ago. Kafka lived in this street.
In the Jewish Quarter, Josefov, you can take a tour of the six synagogues.
The summit of Mount Petrin is the perfect place to admire Prague in all its immensity and splendor. The tram is the best way to go.

In February, it takes place the Masopust, the Czech Mardi Gras, in Zizkov. The celebration usually ends with a parade through the streets of the city.
