For cancellations and no-shows we will charge 100 % of the room rate. As of 01.11.2011 the City of Erfurt will charge a Kulturförderabgabe of 5% on the gross amount for accommodation. This fee will be forwarded by the hotel and accordingly displayed on the invoice. The Kulturförderabgabe is not included in rates and will be charged locally.
