Hotel Hicham

Positive: Good hotel and flight, but marrakech is not that special. The booking process was quite lame, as it blocked many times and at the end I was charged everything in advance, unlike what has been laid out in the general conditions, so it was kind of unfair, with some weird calculations adding up to the service, plus the no-reply from the site and the confusing way to print your hotel receipt I discovered by mere coincidence. Other than that, the booking of flight and hotel was all fine and that is a plus. Marrakech is not too bad, but too polished in terms of advertising and when you go there....hm....not what I expected, but still people are interesting in their own way of thinking and living, so it is nice to expereince, to compare, and thento leave. The location, the breakfast, the ability to talk to staff, the cleaningness.

Negative: The holes in the towels, the general condition of this new hotel.
