Pros: nice hotel, nice room, great shower, always a good choice of food, set in lovely and well kept grounds. Really nice staff to mention Chef de Bar and his second in charge, Rasheed and his dinning room staff for their polite, courteous always ready to assist and go beyond.
Cons: major, since our last visit in March the Casino Carpark next door has none stop noisy, rowdy shouting and singing and worse car engines reving and car horns blowing every night, some 12:00 midnight to 4:00 am which the hotel has no control over. People unable to sleep for the noise.
Animation Team totally ignored by all of the animation team and all the events they put on were in French so no "entertainment" day or night for the Britanics.
On leaving, mid/late afternoon the hotel cannot provide shower or changing facilities, fortunately the kind staff at the Spa provided us with showers, towels & changing rooms.
