Rio Hostel Buritaca is located next to the Buritaca River, in the Magdalena department, between Tayrona National Park and Palomino.
This property offers different accommodation options to suit your needs. You can choose between private rooms, cabins, glamping tents, or a bed in a shared dormitory.
Depending on the private room you choose, you'll have an open-air bathroom with jungle or river views, a private terrace, a double bed, and a dressing room, or a double bed with views of the El Río gardens and a shared bathroom.
The four private cabins are equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with fully sustainable solar hot water. Each cabin overlooks the El Río gardens and the surrounding jungle.
They have beds in shared dormitories with capacities ranging from 4 to 25 people. Some of the shared rooms have a private bathroom, while others have a shared bathroom nearby. The beds can be bunk beds.
There are also four glamping tents located in the gardens overlooking the river. Each tent sleeps up to four people and is fully equipped with lights, power outlets, and a fan. There is a shared bathroom nearby.
They have their own private river beach area, a riverside bar, and a terrace. There is a sun terrace, restaurant, and bar. This property has a tour desk and bicycle rental service.
A variety of activities are available in the area, including horseback riding, cycling, and fishing. The Caribbean coast is a 30-minute walk away, and you'll be 50 km from Taganga and Santa Marta, and 70 km from Simón Bolívar International Airport.

The rate does not include the 19% VAT tax on accommodation, hotel insurance or other additional charges that the Hotel may charge; They must be paid directly at the Hotel. Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.
