The Hard Rock Hotel Marbella Puerto Banús is located opposite the Puerto Banús marina in Marbella, close to several top-class golf courses.
It has 383 rooms spread across two typically Andalusian buildings with renovated interiors featuring contemporary, avant-garde designs. They feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi Internet access, and a full bathroom with a hairdryer.
The hotel has two swimming pools surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers, a gym, and a spa (surcharge) with a treatment menu, a Turkish bath, a whirlpool, and a sauna.
A buffet breakfast is served daily in the main restaurant. The hotel also features an à la carte restaurant with Asian touches, a snack bar with Mexican tacos, and two bars.
The rooms feature a safe for storing your valuables and a minibar, both available for a fee. Some room categories have rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
It has a 24-hour reception where guests can assist with all their needs, and also offers an ATM, room service (surcharge), and a wake-up call service. Paid parking is available.

How to arrive
The hotel is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, 58 km from Malaga Airport and 6 km from the city center. Marbella beach is 500 meters away, and Puerto Banús is 800 meters away.

Important: Due to facility improvements, the Spa will be closed from November 19, 2025, until further notice. All other hotel services will continue to operate as normal.
To complete the check-in process, a refundable deposit per night and per room is required to cover any incidental charges during your stay.
Some services, such as the spa, parking, minibar, room service, and laundry, among others, carry an extra charge.
The parking lot has 24 spaces with hydraulic locks and security cameras. The hotel also has six additional spaces in front of the main entrance, marked with overhead power lines and monitored by security cameras. Both parking lots are subject to a nightly fee.
Dogs up to 10 kg are allowed upon prior request and confirmation from the hotel. An additional fee applies.
