House
It is a beautiful house in the touristic zone. Our Paradiso apartments are fully furnished.
The nearest beach is 300 meters distance, restaurants and shops are 60 meters. As for night life, (the casino, disco and open air disco) are at 800 meters. There is a bus stop in a distance of 30 meters. Bank and postal office are in the surrounding area.
Minimum stay 3 nights!
The Paradiso Apartments hes 8 apartments with three stars;
AP 1 for 5 person : The apartment has 2 rooms and is on the second floor. There are 1 room with double bed and one room with three single bed, kitchen, bathroom,terrace and car parking.)
AP 2 for 6 person : The apartment has 3 rooms and is on the second floor. There are 2 double bedrooms, and one with 2 single beds. In the kitchen, there is a gas store and a fridge, there is a big bathroom, a balcony with table and chairs for 6 persons. The apartment has a separate entrance.)
AP 3 for 2 person : The apartment has one room with double bed, kitchen and bathroom with toilette. The apartment is on the first floor. The apartment has a separate entrance.
AP 4 for 2 person : The apartment has one room with double bed, kitchen and bathroom with toilette.The apartment is on ground-floor. The apartment has a separate entrance.
AP 5 for 4 or 5 person : The apartment has one room with double bed , one room with two single bed (with possibility to unite), kitchen, big bathroom with toilette. The apartment is on ground-floor. The apartment has a separate entrance.
AP 6 for 3 person : The apartment has one room with one double bed and one single bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilette. The apartment is on ground-floor. The apartment has a separate entrance.
AP 7 for 3 person : The apartment has two rooms, one is with double bed, and second has one single bed.The Apartment hes kitchen and bathroom with toilette. The apartment is on ground-floor. The apartment has a separate entrance.
AP 8 for 3 person : The apartment has one room with three single bed ,kitchen, bathroom with toilette. The apartment is on ground-floor. The apartment has a separate entrance.
Common facilities
The house has a big private parking lot, 7 car spaces. We have a beautiful garden with many flowers and 3 tables with benches (each for 8 persons), and you may use the open air barbecue.

The house is surrounded with green and is in a quiet zone. The owner speaks English, German and Italian language.
Extra info
Change bedclothes weekly. Smoking is allowed. Tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid additionally.
The price includes water, gas, electricity and last cleaning of apartments.
