For individuals cancellation can be made penalty-free till 12:00 o'clock 2 days before arrival. In case of a cancellation after 12:00 o?clock 2 days before arrival or no show the room rate for 1 night will be charged the credit card or invoiced on the basis of the relevant order.In case of a cancellation for the Formula I. period, New Year?s Eve or other special periods (like conferences etc.) the total order is to be paid as penalty. For these periods prepayment can be requested.
