The rooms' design is inspired by the traditional Lindos style, which evolved in the 17th century. Each room has an individual variation of the distinctive raised wooden sleeping platforms built from elaborate hand-carved cedar. Some rooms have hand-painted ceilings and Lindian pointed arches, some have large inviting corner sofas for lounging and reading. Every room contains a unique selection of fabrics, ceramics and rare items from the collection of owner-operator Michalis Melenos. Each of the immaculate en suite bathrooms in the hotel has a striking, Iznik-style hand-painted ceramic tile panel, made by artisans in Turkey. Situated in Lindos, this picturesque and historical village resort enjoys the views of a rocky natural harbor. It is easily accessible by car, located 45 km south of the town of Rhodes, the port and the International Airport. Lindos village has been characterized by UNESCO as a global cultural legacy monument. All motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the town. Parking is available near by the main square of Lindos (walking distance).
