The boutique hotel was built last century as a tobacco factory. It is the only example in Puglia of a former tobacco factory transformed into a design hotel. With 35 rooms in total, the air-conditioned hotel welcomes guests into a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, lift access and hairdressing salon. It also offers guests use of a café, restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services and a bicycle hire service.

Every room has a different name and a large poster of a beautiful location of the area. The rooms are designed with a Mediterranean flair, and some of the superior rooms have a four-posted bed. Each room features a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a double bed, direct dial telephone, TV, safe, minibar and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar and sun loungers. Guests can relax with a massage treatment and bikes can be hired for an additional fee. There are both sandy and rocky beaches nearby.

This charming design hotel is located in Gagliano del Capo, 5 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. It is near the main interesting places in Salento, such as Gallipoli (30 km), Otranto (30 km), Lecce (60 km) and Castro. The coast is a 15-minute walk from the hotel and Gagliano del Capo train station is approximately 2 km away. Brindisi Airport is around 110 km from the hotel and Bari Airport is approximately 200 km away.
