CANCELLATION POLICY In case a booking has to be cancelled, cancellation shall be made in writing. Cancellations received at least 72 hours before arrival date shall be free from any penalty charges. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date shall be subject to a penalty charge. Penalty fee (?NO SHOW? or ?LATE CANCELLATION?) corresponds to the negotiated room price (1 night), times the number of rooms cancelled.
