Not 4 star. No information in room, no room service, no mini bar or fridge. Room facing back of hotel so could hear all the bar bottles being emptied.
Beds were made but they missed the top bunk. Bathroom tiles need regrouped. Bathrobes would have been handy to go to the pool which was quite a trek.
Service was slow in the bar. Meal was cold.
Positive: Lovely foyer and good shuttle bus service to Disneyland.
Negative: Nightmare returning to hotel on a very overfilled shuttle bus when Disneyland fireworks were finished. Europeans don't form orderly queues so it was a stampede to get on. Had a 3 year old with us who was almost crushed in the rush!! Don't stay till the end unless you're getting a taxi. Taking your life in your hands.
