The units are fully cleaned on every 8th day. This includes general cleaning, the emptying of bins and a change of sheets and towels. 2- and 3-bedroom units have a washer and dryer. 1-bedroom units do not and therefore guests in 1-bedroom units can request clean sheets and towels daily at no cost. Guest can request a full-cleaning anytime for an additional charge. This property requires a USD 250 incidental deposit upon check-in. Only major credit cards are accepted, no cash and we accept bank cards that have a Visa or a MasterCard logo for the incidental deposit. Check in time: 4:00pm and check out time: 10:00am.
The 1- or 2-bedroom apartments are spacious and have luxuriously decorated in Caribbean style. The apartments with 1 bedroom can accommodate up to 4 persons, with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The 2-bedroom apartments can accommodate 6 guests, with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. All accommodation units come with a balcony or a terrace. An en suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, kitchen, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, wi-fi, washing machine and ironing set come as standard. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating also feature.
