For cancellations received by 12.00 AM of 5 days before the date of arrival: no penalty. Beyond this term, the penalty will be calculated as following: - from 5 days until 3 days before the date of arrival (within hours 12.00 AM): 50% of first night will be charged; - from 3 days until 1 day before the date of arrival (within hours 12.00 AM): 100% of first night will be charged; - beyond 12.00 AM of 1 day before arrival or for no show: the full amount of stay will be charged
