Positive: It´s a great location as walking distance to everything in Sorrento. The train station is only 15 min walk (even less) and mostly flat (there's a small slope towards the hotel, but manageable, and via a small street the stairs can be avoided). The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was big (ours had 3 beds even) and clean.
Negative: It's a pity we cannot use the spa, there's a discount but just for the thermal swimming pool was 5 euros per person.Breakfast is quite plain, but is handy and with the deal we got wasn't expensive. But no real italian coffee, just the machine one.
