Free cancellation can be made up until 5 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Between 09-04-2012 and 31-10-2012, for cancellations made by 5 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time no penalty is charged. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

The Piccolo Residence is in a building from the 1600s. The exterior has kept its traditional Florentine style, while the interior has been meticulously renovated. The structure ideally situated in the centre of Florence, between the Duomo and the Accademy gallery, housing the original David sculpture, created by Michelangelo.
