The Residenza consists of 5 independent rooms, each with private bathroom. Breakfast, air conditioning and taxes are included in the rates.
The Residenza sleeps up to 12 persons and offers excellent accomodation in a romantic traditional atmosphere, however with budget rates similar to those of some hostels.
It is furnished with antique pieces and has been decorated by the Greek artist Jannis Binelis, inspired from Etruscan and Pompeian art, from Pontormo and the Duomo in Pistoia.
The Residenza is an apartment in a small building erected on the spot where the Cantagalli Artistic Ceramics Manufacture was located, at 150 meters from the southern entrance to the Boboli Gardens and Porta Romana gate.
The Residenza is inbetween via Senese and viale del Poggio Imperiale, in the quiet however well served area called Porta Romana (post office, small shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee- and newspapers-shops, tobacconists, laundries, bus lines, also to Siena and Chianti area).
ABSOLUTELY advise well in advance your CHECK IN TIME, latest one hour in advance per phone or text message to (0039)335 6108641. PAYMENT is expected by CASH upon arrival (5 banks around the corner). LATE CANCELLATION: 50 percent of all nights will be charged. NO SHOW: the total price of the reservation will be charged.
