Situated in a very central spot, facing the Grand Canal, this Hotel is just beside Ca´ Rezzonico and in front of Palazzo Grassi.
The Hotel Palazzo Stern is easily reachable by foot (from Piazzale Roma or from the Train Station) and by boat. There is a public boat that reaches the hotel (Ca´ Rezzonico stop) or the taxi boat that gets inside the hotel, in a private landing. From the Hotel you can reach the Saint Mark square in a few minutes, walking through the Accademia Bridge of by boat.
The hotel is designed taking care of every small detail and it is enriched by antiquities, sculptures and furniture. This building was re-built during the first years of the XX century by Mr. Stern with hundreds of sculptures, columns and other beautiful furniture.
All rooms are decorated following Venetian style and tradition, with precious wall fabrics, curtains and drapes. Oriental carpets, stucco, gilding, Murano glass and vases, chandeliers and appliqué created by Venetian master glassblowers also enrich the rooms. They all come with either a spa bath or a shower (or both in some rooms) and a hairdryer, a satellite TV, music channels via cable radio, a telephone with a direct external line, individually adjustable air conditioning, central heating, a safe and a minibar. Every room has a wi-fi Internet connection and tea and coffee making facilities.
This hotel features a small panoramic terrace on the rooftop, complete with hot tub.

How to arrive
From the Airport:
The Marco Polo international Airport is at 10km from Venice. The Hotel is easily reached both by a private water taxi, which takes around 35 minutes until the dock of the hotel, or the motorboat shuttle service, which takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes, until San Marco stop. From San Marco take the public boat (vaporetto) to Ca´ Rezzonico stop, just beside the hotel.
By car:
The only driving points of Venice are Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto. Tronchetto can be reached following the indications that can be found at the Liberty Bridge. To reach the Hotel from there, use the water taxi or the waterbus.
The San Marco garage is in Piazzale Roma, a car terminal in Venice. Piazzale Roma can be reached going straight until the end of Liberty Bridge. From there take the waterbus or the water taxi.
By train:
From Santa Lucia train station it easy to reach the hotel by a private water taxi or using the waterbuses, which take around 35 minutes and stops at Ca´ Rezzonico, just beside the Hotel.
