The air-conditioned hotel has a total of 25 guest rooms distributed between the 2 blocks. Luxury suites are located in the Casa Azul, whilst royal suites and the master suite can be found at the Casa de la Marquesa. The hotel includes a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and cloakroom. There are on-site cafés, bars and a restaurant. An auditorium, conference facilities and Internet access also feature. Room and laundry services are provided, whilst guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park (fees apply for the above).
The hotel bar ?Don Porfirio' serves special drinks and spirits. Breakfast is served in continental or buffet style, whilst lunch and dinner are available from the à la carte or set menus.

La Casa de la Marquesa is situated in the heart of the colonial city of Queretaro, at a walking distance from the main square in the historic center. Mexico City lies approximately 125 miles to the south of Queretaro. Also, the beautiful and colonial village of San Miguel de Allende is located at only 25 miles from Queretaro. Queretaro International Airport is about half an hour away from the city.
