We are English and speak very little spanish but we still found most of the staff to be very polite and friendly. The hotel was clean and there was a lot for children to do with a kids disco for those who like to stay up late at night. If you like to go to bed early then you may not enjoy it but my kids loved it. The only let down was one receptionist on the day of arrival, as we had tried to call ahead to say that we would be coming with a baby but didn't get an answer and when we arrived we were therefore charged an extra €165 and although she was not the receptionist who had been initially attending to us this other receptionist joined the conversation and I found her manner quite rude. All the other reception staff were very polite and helpful.
Positive: Great location, clean and good evening entertainment for children.
Negative: Although there was an allergy list for most of the food served in the restaurants there was no allergy list for the desserts.
