The hotel comprises a total of 13 rooms and was originally a rustic property before being converted into a typically Asturian building and fitted with air conditioning. Now used as a hotel, the neighbouring buildings have been preserved in rustic style, for example buildings on stilts and the apple wine factory, which today is a lounge area. The hotel is a member of the Casonas Asturianas club and was awarded the prize of Excelencia Turística del Principado de Asturias in 2005. The facilities include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, room and laundry services, and parking for those arriving by car.
The rooms were completely renovated in 2006 and are fitted in a lush and comfortable style with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a TV, a telephone, a double bed and heating. Guests will find everything here needed for relaxing, following a day on the beach or in the mountains. The rooms are spacious and additionally feature solid wood, hand-made furniture.
