Good value for money. Best thing about this hotel is the beach, maravellous. The room is spacious and has all the facilities.

This hotel offers the highest service in Varadero, this was my 6th visit to cuba and I enjoyed everything there.

Positive: The staff.

Negative: Cubans in the beach did all they want in the weekend.

Bad! Food with no tasty and a lot of noise! And the reception: they didn't work at all. When I called them and asked to do something with a noise because they were destroying a room up on ours! They only said sorry we can not do anything. They didn't care that my kid wanted to sleep and I didn't pay a smaller price to go there while they are destroying the fifth floor.

Very bad experience with Meliá! But I also remember that I stayed here in 2018 and all the time I was hungry too because the food wasn't tasty and this time was the same!

Positive: Nothing positive, everything was bad. Nothing works correctly and food isn't tasty.

Negative: All above.
