The hotel Kanapitsa Mare is situated in the Kanapitsa peninsula, in the island of Skiathos, 150 meters from the main road of the Kalamaki area and approximately 2 minutes on foot from the beach. The property is a stylish and modern family-run hotel, totally restored and set on an attractive pine-wooded promontory, a peaceful base from which to enjoy every aspect of Skiathos island. The city, port and airport are only 6,5 km away. The hotel offers a snack bar, pool bar, reading room, large terrace with fantastic view of the Tzaneria Bay, the Aegean and the town of Skiathos, 3 hot-spot areas, wellness treatment services and three fully equipped conference/congress center for up to 85 participants.
- Upon confirming the reservation we request a 25% non refundable deposit. - Full payment of balance is required upon arrival. Any cancellation made within: - 15-20 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged. - 7-14 days before arrival 75% of the stay will be charged. - 1- 6 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged. -Non show results in 100% charge of the stay. -Departure prior to agreed date results in charge of 50% of remaining days cost.
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 20 days before check in date
It is possible to book a bed and breakfast only stay.
Each of the rooms comes with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio and a small fridge. Individually controllable air conditioning also features in each as standard.
