- Upon reservation we request a 25% non refundable deposit. For Non Refundable Rates the 100% non refundable. - Full payment of balance is required upon arrival. For Cancellations: - 15-20 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged. - 7-14 days 75% of the stay will be charged. - 1- 6 days 100% of the stay will be charged. -Non show results in 100% charge of the stay. -Departure prior to agreed date results in charge of 50% of remaining days cost.
