The Cascade lobby bar has a maximum capacity of 32 and is open daily from 10:00 am until 1:00 am. A range of light refreshments, coffee, cakes and drinks are available throughout the day. The Vivaldi Italian restaurant can cater for up to 50 persons and is open every day of the week from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm and 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Guests may enjoy tasty gourmet pasta and pizzas here, as well as an innovative selection of Italian dishes influenced by the diverse aromas of north Italian cuisine. Mingles pub and restaurant seats up to 110 persons and is open daily from 5:30 pm until 2:00 am.

The superior rooms are large and similar with light colour woods offset by pastel colour tones. Every room has a work desk and large bay windows. It is one of the few hotels in Bangkok that offers rooms with disabled facilities. The well-lit bathrooms have baths with granite platforms.
