The complex comprises 5 separate 4-floor buildings and a garden. There are 94 apartments in total. Hotel facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange facilities and a café.
Without exception an en suite bath/ shower, satellite/ cable TV, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, and a balcony or terrace are provided in all accommodation units as standard. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven and microwave gives guests the option of catering for themselves.
In the outdoor complex there is a heated swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a poolside snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use,
