If you're coming by coach or train to Centralen/Cityterminalen, just walk along (Vasagatan) Mäster Samuelsgatan up to Slöjdgatan, then take a left, and the Hotel is only some 50 m up on your left, just before Hötorget.

The main restaurant of the hotel is located in the large forum area in the centre of the hotel, this is a lovely area with a retractable roof which is opened during the summer time. Breakfast is served in this restaurant, and another restaurant is usually opened for large conference bookings. The hotel is owned by Rica hotels although the actually building is owned by the Salvation Army, therfore no alcohol is served.
It forms part of a large building, which seems to have been constructed as part of the shopping centre, it is modern in style.
The actual reception area is medium in size and it is modern and functional. There is a seating area which looks out through large glass windows onto the street.
All rooms are bright, furnished in a Scandinavian style with cozy beds for an excellent hotel experience right in the heart of Stockholm. Some rooms, in the oldest part of the hotel from the 1880s, have their own window bays or Juliet balconies overlooking the heart of the city.
