The lobby is large, bright and airy with plenty of flora and shrubbery to give more of an outdoor effect. It has sand coloured walls and light brown shiny tiling with both these colours repeated throughout the lobby.

All the rooms are medium in size and in very good condition. Colours vary but again light colours are predominately used. Decor is always modern and the conditions of the rooms are in excellent working order.
In the complex's outdoor area there is an appealing pool complex with a swimming pool, a poolside snack bar and a separate children's pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use (complimentary). There is an extensive and varied entertainment programme on offer, putting on activities such as Spanish and drawing courses, water aerobics, water polo, taster diving courses (carried out in the pool) and snorkelling courses on a daily basis. A diverse selection of water sports such as diving, jet skiing and sailing may be tried out on the beach or in the nearby lagoon. Furthermore, there are 2 tennis courses with floodlighting that may be hired out (for an additional fee) and it is possible to pay a visit to the in-house gym as well as to the spa area that features a sauna and steam bath. There is a massage service as well as various spa treatments available at additional charges. The nearest golf course is some 4 km from the hotel complex.

Tax Information
As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
