2 swimming pools for adults and children with 40 slides for payment. (1 / 6-30 / 9, subject to modification by the community of neighbors), 4 tennis courts, 100 m. Supermarket, restaurant, shopping center.

Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 7:00 pm or 8:00 p.m. * to 10:00 p.m.: 25 * (see office hours)
- From 10:00 pm to 00:00 - EUR 50
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
The TV carries a surcharge of EUR 35 per week.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate
You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at the property for an additional cost of EUR 6 per game. Towels are not provided.
The swimming pool of the Peņimar I and Peņismar II apartments are not included in the price of the stay, it carries a surcharge of EUR 5 per apartment per day.
Pets are allowed, supplement for the entire stay of EUR 30

Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 will be charged with a credit card, cash will not be accepted upon arrival to cover any damages that may be incurred. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out and is subject to an inspection of the accommodation by Alquileres Peņiscola, to assess if there has been any damage.
