Schlosshotel

The restaurant is one of the most beautiful rooms in the hotel, decorated in traditional style. Here there is also a high, wood-panelled ceiling. Wine from the hotel's own vineyard is served here. Also there is an American bar, which is styled in keeping with the rest of the hotel and boasts Germany's only painting by Turner.

This is a beautiful old castle, built between 1889 and 1894 by the Empress Frederick, daughter of Queen Victoria, who lived there until her death in 1901.

These vary from meduim to very large and are all slighty different in style. They all have classical furnishings and original works of art, giving them character.
