The Boutique Hotel Calatrava is located in the distric of La Calatrava in the heart of Palma Old Town.
The building is part of the marine façade of La Calatrava, integrated in a set of buildings aligned with the ancient Arabic wall, which no longer exists. The main entrance to the hotel is found in the Plaza Llorenç Villalonga, and the posterior façade is located in front of the Xesc Forteza Theatre. The house is from the 19thcentury.
The hotel has 16 rooms, of which 10 of them will have a magnificent views to the bay of Palma and Parc de la Mar. The categories will be distributed as: 6 Suites Calatrava with an approximate area of 60 square meters, all with sea views and a small private terrace, 4 Junior Suites overlooking Parc de la Mar, one of them adapted for disabled people and with an area from 50 to 60 square meters, 6 deluxe rooms with an area between 25 and 40 m2.
The common areas of the hotel are: the hall, with an area of comfortable sofas and tables, Internet Corner for the exclusive use of customers, and the sun terrace (90m2) with stunning views over the bay of Palma and Portixol.
The rooms are spacious, bright, quiet, comfortable and with a cozy atmosphere. All of them will have a king size bed, with contemporary design, combined with some antique furniture. Spacious closets and spacious modern bathrooms.
In all rooms there are a TV, DVD- stereo, individual climate control, mini bar, WiFi, telephone, safe Laptop, Satellite TV, hairdryer and magnifying mirror, bathroom amenities, bathrobes and even slippers.
One of the most exciting services of the hotel is the spa, which has a special atmosphere that invites relaxation and wellbeing. The Spa Calatrava includes: finnish sauna, jacuzzi, contrasts shower, relaxation area, beauty treatments room, private youga classes and amenities (towels and slippers in the Spa area).
Related to food & beverage, the hotel has the Café - Bistró with a terrace on the ground floor of the hotel and, on the other hand, there is the Breakfast room on the 5th floor with terrace and sea views.
