Cleaning
When we arrived to the hotel at 16h, the room was not available. We have waited 1h30min for the room without raising any problem however, there was no excuse or comprehension on the next day. We wanted to do a late check out (1h nore) and it was not possible. Also, there was cups and glass in the room, but no water, coffee or even minibar... For a 5* hotel it should be updated.
Positive: Cleaning. The room was clean and cozy.
Negative: No watter in the room.
