As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
From the airport exit, turn right through in the direction of Highway 307 south for 32 miles to Playa del Carmen. Turn left on Avenida Juarez, and drive to 10th Avenue, turn left at the direction of 10th Avenue and right on 8th Street to the beach. The hotel is located a half block to the right.
