The all-inclusive package features meals and snacks throughout the day. Varied buffets are on offer at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special theme evening buffets are offered twice a week and optional dinners are available with prior reservation. Unlimited local beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) are available at both hotel bars and restaurants and are served until midnight.
Built in 2011, this brand new, all-inclusive beach hotel offers everything necessary for an enjoyable holiday at the Black Sea, and has a garden that is some 5000 m2 in size. There are 290 guest rooms on offer. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby. 24-hour reception and check-out service are provided. There are also currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. Further facilities include a cafe, non-smoking restaurant with a terrace, theme restaurant with Bulgarian cuisine and a lobby bar with a terrace. For younger guests there is the 'RiuLand' kids' club and a children's playground. There is also a complimentary wireless Internet zone in the lobby. A laundry service is also available for an additional fee. Unsupervised outdoor parking in front of the hotel - with extra charge and with limited spaces.
The comfortable guest rooms have all the necessary amenities. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge, in-room safe (additional charge applies), and a balcony or terrace. Rooms with sea views can be reserved.
The hotel has a full programme of sports and activities featuring a multipurpose sports pitch (mini football, volleyball, basketball), table tennis, water polo, French bowls and darts. Guests can work out in the gym and there are aerobics and aqua gym facilities. There is a daytime entertainment programme for children aged 4 to 7 and aged 8 to 12 at RiuLand (six times a week), daytime entertainment programme for adults (six times a week), shows, live music or Riu evening programmes (several times a week). The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one indoors and two outdoors. There is also a children's swimming area in one of the outdoor pools. Refreshments are available at the poolside snack bar, towels are available at the pool and guests can relax on the complimentary sun loungers under the shade of parasols on the sun terrace. For an additional fee guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre where there is a sauna, steam room, hot tub and a variety of spa and massage treatments. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sandy beach and are available for hire.
