The hotel is located next to main train station in Seville and not far from the airport (although there are so many traffic lights to get there that you may despair on your way to it, so allow time to catch your flight). There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and transportation to the city center, a mere 20 minutes or less away walking, is not a problem. The hotel inside is dated (furniture, carpet, bathrooms, etc) but comfortable. The pool, in the Seville heat of June was a godsend and wonderful.
Positive: Location and service.
Negative: Parking: expensive, without direct access from the hotel, and like a maze inside.
