During winter season, your cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Up to 21 days prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the total amount of your reservation. Up to 7 days prior to your arrival we will charge 70%. Less than 7 days prior to your arrival or any No-Shows will be charged with 100% of your reservation.

In the summer, guests can choose from 120 km of mountain bike paths and 500 km of hiking trails. There are also 4 beautiful golf courses nearby, as well as the charming Lake Schwarzsee.
