For cancellations made by 5 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire stay is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 100% of the entire stay is charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 04-04-2012 and 04-04-2012, for cancellations made by 18:00 on the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time no penalty is charged. For no-show, no penalty will be charged.
