The apartment complex with 16 floors was constructed in 2004. It has 24-hour reception desk service in the same building, a laundry service (local charge applies), a car park and a garage (local charge applies).
All the apartments are provided with a complete kitchenette, connected with the lounge, with an electric oven and fridge (two-bedroom apartments have an independent kitchen), a terrace with lateral sea and pool views, one bedroom (with a complete bathroom) or two bedrooms (one with a complete bathroom and the other with a shower and a toilet). There is also a sofa bed in the lounge, air conditioning (cool/heat), a washing machine, TV, household goods and toiletries. A security box is available to rent from the reception.

How to arrive
The apartments are situated 30 m from Poniente Beach, just beside the pedestrian promenade with amazing views. The Calpe Rock 'Peñón de Ifach' access is about 500 metres away and the harbour is approx. 300 metres away. The apartments are close to the town centre.
