The Art Deco Hotel Regina Spa is part of the urban complex of Riucorb Vallfogona Spa. Located in a magnificent stone building, built in 1929 and completely renovated in 2003, is one of the few buildings in Catalonia with the interior art deco style of the twenties. The elegance of the Catalan bourgeoisie, with its costumes label and vintage cars, permeated the entire hotel during their early years. Thanks to the industrial and commercial expansion of Catalonia after the first European war, established a remarkable era of splendor. The large dance parties, parlor games, concerts, walking, hunting, reading and poetry activities reflected in the beautiful large canvases of the painter Josep Bellmunt-decorating the large dining room, have left an indelible mark on the place.
