Please note that half of the price is due after booking and has to be paid via bank transfer The property will contact you with instructions after booking The second half of the price plus a security deposit of EUR 400, plus the final cleaning fee and the tourist tax are due 3 weeks before arrival The security deposit is fully refundable after an inspection of the apartment in case no damages have been made, and will be refunded within 14 days after departure
