The Humboldthaus Meininger is the former house of the natural scientist Alexander von Humboldt and it’s located in the historical centre of Berlin.
This modern hotel preserves the spirit of this universal genius: its 124 unique rooms equipped with high-class accessories are individually designed by the artists DaWanda. All rooms have an en suite bathroom, shower, TV and phone.
This hotel has single and double non-smoking rooms, a small mixed dormitory and a women’s dormitory that can host up to 6 people each.

How to arrive
Closest station: S-Bahn station in Oranienburger Straße
From Hauptbahnhof (Main Station):
Take the S-Bahn (S5, S7, S9, S75) and get off at Friedrichstraße. From there take the S1/S2 and get off at Oranieburger Straße. The hotel is located 100 m away from the station.
From Tegel Airport (TXL):
Take the bus TXL (towards Mollstraße/Prenzlauer Allee) and get off at Beusselstraße. Take the Ringbahn S41 and get off at the station Gesundbrunnen. Change into the S1/S2 to Oranieburger Straße. The hotel is located 100 m away from the station.
From Schönefeld Airport (SXF):
Take the bus X7 (towards U-Rudow) and get off at U Rudow. From there take the metro U7 (towards Rathaus Spandau and get off at Mehringdamm. Change into the U6 (towards Alt-Tegel) and get off at Oranienburger Straße. The hotel is located 100 m away from the station.
