Located in a quiet residential area which makes your holiday relaxing and peacefull. Our excellent location is about 30 metres from the wide and wonderful beach of Alcudia. This is an ideal place for families with children, couples and anybody who is looking to relax in a safe beach environment.

How to arrive
Leave the airport and take the motorway to Palma . Then turn to the right on the second exit Via Cintura-Andratx . Then take the exit towards Inca-Puerto Alcúdia .
In Puerto Alcúdia you will find a roundabout with an orange horse, turn to the right to Artà-Can Picafort and follow about 1 km until you find some traffic lights and taxi rank. After 300 meters there is on the left side a canal and the apartments Venecia are next the canal.
