The Hotel Conterie is located In Murano, a small island famous for its glass production, very close to the centre of Venice.
A family of glass makers (since 1500), decided to transform their Villa in a small hotel, family run.
The hotel is very close to the "Murano - Museo" stop, from where leave all shuttle buses that reach the airport in only 20 minutes, and Venice centre, every 10 minutes.
The hotel is a stone's throw away from the Glass museum and the beautiful church of S.S. Maria and Donato in Romanico - Ravennate style.
All rooms are furnished with a private bathroom (shower/WC), air conditioning/heating, safety deposit box, minibar, television, phone and hairdryer.
They are in excellent condition and very well appointed in traditional style. They are small as are the bathrooms, but they are very comfortable and pleasant. They are all elegantly furnished and some rooms have handmade mirrors.

You can easily reach Murano Island with public transport:
Coming by car , bus or train from 'Piazzale Roma' and from railway Station 'Santa Lucia'
the best way is to take line 42 or DM (direct line to Murano).
