Updating availability and prices
In case of a cancellation 3 months to 1 month prior to the arrival 40% of the stay will be charged on your credit card. Cancellation 1 month to 7 days prior to the arrival 40%, 6 days and less prior to the arrival or no show, 90% of the stay Deposit payment of 50% of the whole amount of your booking (free of bank charges) to our bank account is required after booking. After your arrival a deposit/Kaution of Euro 100,- as a security is necessary.
