From Monday to Friday: Plaza Mayor (city centre), take the back of the s. Martin's Church until Santiago's Church (wall's door).
Saturday and Sunday: Just before Plaza Mayor, turn left to Arquillo Street and get the historical centre through Santiago's Arch or S. Andres Arch.
