The building dates back to 1940 and there are currently 150 rooms in the hotel. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include air conditioning, hotel safe, lift access, hairdressing salon, games room, TV lounge and children's playground.

There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. Miami International Airport is about 20 minutes and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about 35 minutes away.
