The property was completely renovated in 2008. The perfect combination of hotel and holiday resort, this elegant building faces out onto a large swimming pool. The 80 apartments, all attractively appointed, look out over the swimming pool, the marina or the city, and some also benefit from a beautiful terrace. Room service is available for an additional fee.
Check in is from 5 pm to 8 pm. Check out is from 8 am to 11 am. A deposit is required only for long stays.
Fully furnished and beautifully decorated, the apartments offer a high level of comfort in a warm and contemporary atmosphere. Each unit comes equipped with a kitchen (complete with fridge, microwave oven and cooking hobs), a sofa bed, a TV, ADSL Internet access (on request), a bathroom with a bathtub, a double bed, a telephone and a lunch table. Individually adjustable air conditioning is also provided.
The relaxation area is composed of a large outdoor swimming pool, a wooden terrace and a lounge bar. The spa area offers guests use of a gym, a sauna (charges apply) and a hot tub. A range of spa treatments are available for an additional fee.

At just 50 m from the marina, it offers an outstanding location for visitors to the area. It is some 60 km from Montpellier's Mediterranée Airport and approximately 363 km from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport.
