If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

How to arrive
15 kms to the nearest airport (francisco sá carneiro airport)
Due to its central location it is easy to reach ClipHotel. From the airport by Metro, it will take you about 30 minutes. At Trindade Station, change for yellow line until `João de Deus´ and ClipHotel is only 2 minutes walk.
From the airport by taxi it will take you 20 minutes to arrive.
By car, there are two options. If you are coming from North, catch IC23 and follow the direction of Gaia – Oliveira do Douro and exit to Avenida da República. From South follow the direction of Gaia and exit to Santo Ovídeo, ClipHotel is about 800mt.
By train, you must leave at Devesas Station and walk about 600mt up the avenue or you can catch the metro and reach us in a couple of minutes.
