Lovely hotel, helpful staff, attentive cleaning team, however the Reception and Bellboys made this the perfect holiday
Positive: Lovely rooms, good choice of food
Negative: Hotel Management walk around hotel as if the guests are invisible, they should be taught good customer relations by the staff at the hotel who make this place work, the cleaners, cooking team, waiters, bar staff, reception staff, bellboys and entertainment team.
