A house which origins go back to the 13th century, date in which the monarch Jaime I initiated the conquest of Majorca. Ca'n Bonico was the fisrt civil construction of this zone.
About the house was arising the village, turning, this way, into a walled land that served of refuge and protection for the inhabitants of Ses Salines.
Nowadays Ca'n Bonico's house not only has been reformed into a luxurious hotel, but in addition it supports great part of the architectural original structure.
This way, for example, the traveler will be able to observe in mint condition of conservation the former jail, today private library located in the former tower of defense of the 13th century.

How to arrive
By car from the Airport, take the motorway towards Santanyí-Campos. At the end of the motorway follow direction Campos. Once in Campos cross the town follow direction Ses Salines-Colònia de Sant Jordi, road Ma-6040. We travel for about 6 km. This road until you reach a roundabout which will Sa Ràpita, Colònia de Sant Jordi, Ses Salines. We must continue to adress Ses Salines, road Ma-6101 for about 4 km. up to Ses Salines. Once in Ses Salines must follow the mind road (about 2 km. aprox.) to reach the Hotel
